Sex Exercise No. 1: Kegels

Sex Exercise No. 1: Kegels

We men are very concerned about our sexual performance.

How many of us heard about “Kegels” ?

It has been said that Kegel exercises can increase a man’s virility and his ability to have more control in the bedroom.

Have you heard of these exercises before?

I think many of us, well actually, YOU males, perform them?

Doing Kegels is considered a good sex exercise for men because these exercises can help endurance and control by toning the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles — the ones that let you stop the flow of urine mid-stream.

Named after Los Angeles physician Arnold Kegel, they strengthen the muscles in your body’s pelvic floor, which can lead to better sex.

Men can use Kegels to delay ejaculation by contracting these muscles just before orgasm.

To do Kegels, start by interrupting the flow of urine when going to the bathroom. I´ts probably best to sit down “ladies style”. You can also contract your pelvic muscles  sitting on a traffic light.

Just contract like you are trying to stop the flow of urine for 5-10 seconds.  Do this as many times a day as you please.

The results can be very gratifying indeed – I can tell you !

In my next post some more tips for mature men – Sex exercise nr. 2.
