Mens sexual health – 5 exercises to improve it ?

I knew you guys would read this post at once.  This is a topic that is of great interest to all men ( -and their spouses ), especially when one gets older.  I have been contacted by many of my friends and readers and they suggest I write about this topic. You know that working out is good for your general health but it is also good for your sex life. What types of exercise are best for better health and better sex?
