Sex exercise nr. 2 - lets lift them boys !

Strength training could be just what is needed for your sex life.

Strenght training means – any way you like in toning your muscles.

You can lift weights, lift something, do pushups, sit-downs og just about anything that activates your sleeping muscles.

Your target: Toning your muscles enough to feel fatigue by the 6th- 10th repetition. Do it as often as you can during the day.

The reason: Toning your muscles causes the body to produce testosterone, which is the primary precursor for the male sex drive.

Some studies have linked exercise, such as weight lifting, with increased testosterone levels.

To improve your sex life, do some general exercise, listen to your spouse- you need it.

These muscle-building exercises can help lead to better sex by strengthening the body increasing your stamina and endurance.

So what are you waiting for ? – get your gear ready for tomorrows walk and light exercise . You ( and someone else )will smile later.
